Welcome to the Moms In Motion podcast! Your hosts are Krista Williams (pregnancy & postpartum athleticism coach) and Jenn Perna (pelvic floor physical therapist). We are running our businesses, running our households, and trying not to run ourselves into the ground while juggling it all. We are here to support you through all stages of motherhood with honest, relatable, and sometimes unfiltered conversations.

She often appears on broadcast news shows, busting myths and showcasing the ease of incorporating nutrient dense foods into busy, active lifestyles. Kelly has created medical fitness programs for internationally recognized fitness clubs and consults with sports organizations such as Major League Baseball and global corporations like Google. Additionally, Kelly aids companies with nutrition communications messaging, serves on scientific nutrition advisory boards, and partners with likeminded brands as a media spokesperson.
Kelly is a mom of 2 young boys, former Division 1 athlete, and has worked with both Krista and Jenn for her pregnancy/postpartum fitness and pelvic PT needs.
