The most important part of a workout is often skipped by many, and we see the consequences of that in working with women daily! We get it, moms are busy and always short on free time, but this is worth figuring out how to fit it in. Today's episode will help you understand why this part of your workout cannot be skipped, and may encourage you to make a different decision the next time you take a class, group training session, or sneak in an at-home workout!
